Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea

As a result of a review of its services, Kensington & Chelsea Housing department needed to reconfigure how teams delivered services to clients.

We supported this reconfiguration by providing sessions on the change process for those teams that were most affected by the change. We also facilitated a development event for a newly configured team that needed to make key decisions in relation to role boundaries and task areas.
