Circle Anglia
We have been working with Circle 33, now Circle Anglia, for over 17 years.
Originally we were involved in providing training workshops for managers and their staff to help them become more skilled and confident at negotiating 'win-win' outcomes with service providers, tenants, and partner organisations.
As more organisations joined the group, this was followed by devising and delivering workshops for managers and their teams on 'Managing and Communicating Organisational Change.' The most recent examples of these have been for Old Ford Housing Association in East London and Roddons Housing Association in Cambridgeshire.
We were also engaged to work with the Circle 33 Board, facilitating a review of strategic goals and the business plan. The most recent work has been with the joint commission, working with the group to familiarise themselves with their terms of reference and assessing their development needs.
We have also worked with Old Ford's Community Development Team to help them develop their team working skills as they provide these vital community services.
