Facilitation

We have facilitated conferences, meetings and staff events, from 6 to 150 people

Within organisations, we have worked with a range of business functions  who are keen to improve their working relationships.

We have worked with Board and senior management teams of Housing Associations to improve their working relationships and worked with the joint boards of newly configured Group structures. 

We have designed and facilitated events to help different community organisations work effectively together to provide joint services.
