GreenSquare

The GreenSquare Group was formed in April 2008 and includes Westlea Housing, Oxford Citizens Housing Association and a commercial subsidiary Oakus Estates Ltd. We have worked with Westlea since 2006 facilitating team events. We have also worked with the newly configured GreenSquare board to develop single team working.

We have more recently worked with GreenSquare to create and deliver three management and leadership programmes to support development at all levels of the business.

Development Centres have provided experienced managers with a sense of how they measure up to the new management competencies, and the areas of management and leadership skill they need to develop.

A range of management workshops have provided skills development in specific areas, e.g. Advanced Presentation Skills, influencing, and Managing for High Performance.

The use of Behaviour Analysis has helped participants develop Emotional Intelligence and become more effective in meetings and group interactions.

Senior managers have been engaged in designing their own leadership programme.
