Michèle has worked as a counsellor, a researcher, a trainer and a manager.
She began her training career in the early 1980s and has held a number of posts as a trainer and a training manager in both the NHS, and the not-for-profit sector. Her employment experience lies in reproductive health, community justice and parenting.
For the past fifteen years she has managed a freelance training and research business, as well as working part-time. She has delivered management training and facilitation for a range of staff, including those from housing associations, social services, voluntary organisations and the arts sector. |
